More cleanup, nicer controls, and mobile

Updated the controls for keyboard/mouse/touch to feel a lot tighter. Could still use some work for mobile, but it's pretty good for now.

Mobile works and has a pause button on screen, plus its own tutorial text. Nice framework that I can use in future.
