Manual Camera + improved flight model

The most recent build allows you to control the camera with the arrows/right stick. On the ground, this is a full 360 degree camera, but in the air it is more an offset from your forward direction.
I have also improved the flight model to allow your pitch to have more impact at slower speeds, and I have begun experimenting with giving a direct yaw control.
The particles for fire have been adjusted to be more smooth when you are moving fast. In doing this, the flight camera has become jittery. I will be fixing this as soon as I am able.
