Some flight and camera improvements

I've added a few adjustments to the flight model and the cameras in this latest build:
- At slower speeds, you have some direct yaw control (left/right) in addition to the normal roll
- Hovering will continue as long as you hold down the flap button, you do not need to hold back and flap together
- The camera moves to a nicer place now when hovering, breathing fire, and in first person mode
- Flames spew out a bit faster to make it easier to aim
- Aiming your fire is smoother
- Fire breath casts more light
- Slight performance improvement because of trees
